Utilizing state-of-the-art optofluidic technology, we have established a full process for single B cell cloning, including murine CD138+ plasma cell enrichment, in-chip single B cell separation, antibody binding and functional in-chip screening, single-cell antibody sequencing, high-throughput recombinant antibody production and verification.

Comparing to traditional monoclonal antibody screening technology, this advanced single B cell cloning technology significantly increases the efficiency and productivity of antibody drug discovery.
