HBM has labs and business operations in Cambridge in the US, Rotterdam in Netherlands and Shanghai and Suzhou, China. Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and deliver Immunology (neuroscience) marketing strategy
    • Work independently with cross functional teams such as business development, medical, regulatory and development team to develop China neuroscience marketing strategy.
    • Lead the annual long-range plan and budget process, prepare senior management review with China, regional and global leadership
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to build market forecast and brand forecast model
    • Prepare the monthly strategic update to BU leadership team on key industry trends, competitive moves and key events in therapeutic area
    • Support and accelerate franchise business growth
    • Work with sales & marketing team on sales target, field force structure, incentive, call flow, DAs to drive execution excellence  
    • Collaborate with KA /PAMA teams to drive NRDL landing and hospital listing
    • Design and execute innovation projects
    • Design strategic projects according to strategic plan and business priority
    • Execute strategic projects through working with cross-function teams and global counterparts to ensure achievement of project KPI
    • Drive portfolio strategy and new product Launch
    • Collaborate with NPP, R&D and regulatory team to accelerate the portfolio development and launch timeline of future pipelines.
    • Support marketing team to develop the launch readiness plan, brand strategy and brand plan for new products
    • Assess business case for Business Development initiatives
    • Screen the external business development opportunities and make recommendation on opportunities to pursue
    • Develop business cases to support the commercial rationale for business development projects
    • Identify additional growth opportunities for RD, validate the impact of growth opportunities, develop recommendation on how to capture the opportunities, pilot the project implementation

 

 

 

Requirements

  • 8 years' and or above industry experience strategic role with increasing responsibility
  • Expert knowledge & demonstrable marketing/brand management experience and results.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and learning agility
  • Experience with building forecast models, valuations, PowerPoint presentations (senior management level presentations)
  • Strong communication& interpersonal skills to effectively present to senior management in English and Chinese
  • Be able to drive results, proactively seeks to improve processes and implement best in class solutions
  • Optimistic attitude and strong resilience
  • Good team working and cross-functional capability
  • Adaptability/Flexibility
